Welcome to our intermediate yoga level program! This program is designed to challenge and deepen your practice, while still providing modifications for those who need them. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, you'll leave each class feeling energized and centered. Join us on the mat and take your practice to the next level!
Our Program

Warm-up (10-15 minutes):

Gentle movement to prepare the body, like sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) or dynamic stretches.

Focus on breathwork (pranayama) to bring awareness and energy to the practice.

Main Sequence (40-45 minutes):

Standing Poses (15-20 minutes): Focus on strengthening and balancing with poses like Warriors (Virabhadrasana), Triangle Pose (Trikonasana), Extended Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana), etc. Introduce variations and deeper expressions of familiar poses.

Seated Poses (10-15 minutes): Focus on core engagement, twists, and forward bends with poses like Boat Pose (Navasana), Pyramid Pose (Parsvottanasana), Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana), etc. Include modifications for comfort and proper alignment.

Balancing Poses (5-10 minutes): Challenge balance with poses like Tree Pose (Vrikshasana), Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III), Eagle Pose (Garudasana), etc. Offer progressions and regressions based on individual abilities.

Cool-down & Savasana (15-20 minutes):

Gentle stretches to lengthen and release tension in the major muscle groups.
